The B.B. began in Dundonald Elim on 4th November 1981 with 5 boys and a small number of leaders yet to be trained.

By 1982 the company had grown to 40 boys and 8 qualified officers who were enrolled at the first enrolment service in march 1982.in march 1982.

The Captain is Mark Johnston who has been an officer in the Company for a number of years.

The Boys range in age from 4 -18 and enjoy a full programme of games (football still being the favourite), Bible class, badge work and drill.

Other activities include Saturday morning football and outings. Then of course there is the annual display which always takes a lot of time in preparation. Over this last year it have been great to see a good number of the boys come to know Jesus. We thank God for all the time, effort and work the officers take to sow into the lives of these men of tomorrow.

We aim to stay true to the B.B. Moto- Sure and Steadfast which can be seen in the logo.

The boys are also taught to remember the B.B. object in all areas of their life- "The Advancement of Chirst's Kingdom among Boys and the promotion of habits of Obedience, Reverence, Discipline, Self-Respect and all that tends towards a true Christain manliness."
