Dundonald Elim has three pastoral staff, Pastor Phil Hills, Pastor Chris Russon and Pastor Billy Napier. The pastors are supported by our elder Campbell Tweedie and by Paul Baxter, Alan Calvert, Mark Johnston, Eddie Lennie and Alan McHaffie who serve as Deacons on our Church Session.

Pastor Phil has responsibility for giving primary leadership to the church, envisioning and building the church through preaching and working with the various leaders and deparmental heads.

Pastor Chris has primary responsibility for music and worship and for pastoral care and visitation. Chris has worked together with Phil for the past 11 years in church leadership and is a gifted worship leader who has led worship in national and international conferences.

Pastor Billy is the senior statesman of our pastoral team with a great many years of ministry experience under his belt. Pastor Billy leads the "Evergreens" ministry in Dundonald Elim and visits and cares for the sick.
